Having been associated with some of the largest construction companies in India and worked in a structured environment, he understood the issues being faced by individuals wanting to build their homes. The Independent housing segment has always remained extremely unstructured and lacked accountability, transparency, and professionalism. It has never been easy for individuals to build homes because one needs different services and expertise to even start the building process. Completing the process of construction has been an uphill task for most. One is never sure of the credentials, commitment, quality, and continuity of people chosen to complete the project. In most cases it was observed that projects get stalled because people desert them even before it gets started.
